life is simply arti-licious in bustling little provincetown
Friday night was another sublime art crawl
with my new pals J and A
checked out my own painting woo hooo
called "low tide"
at the Provincetown Art Assocation Musuem 12 by 12 show
also saw the gorgeous mixed media show of Varujan Boghosian
who is just the cutest older gentleman
not to mention of course brilliant
I
really i just want to rap this guy up in a blanket and take him home
and bottle feed him
adorable man
of his mixed media work
loved the blindfolded minister
and the piece with children's blocks entitled "genocide" haunting
is the right word
later on
lest you think i am all culture and no play
i attended a "bra party"
at which everyone kept their bras covered
but guess it's the thought that counts
next day
attended the GLAD benefit with the divine Charlotte of OUTTAKE
(see linkie love list dears)
and Marilyn of everyone great in jazz
we are talking one truly high end lady
but she still lets me hang out with her
thankfully
Marilyn is also a great proofreader
and found several boo boos
in my post that i since corrected
so in case you all wonder why this is like the only
post you have ever read of mine with no spelling errors
now you know
at the benefit KATE CLINTON wowed the crowd
while I ate duck in tiny corn cups
and sipped on sauvignon blanc..smell me...i'm fancy

today it was a drizzly day with a few hours of sunshine
i bumped into my pals Tom and Michael
producers of "Naked Boys Singing" and promised i would catch their show sometime soon
they swear its not just about the naked weenies
but that's why i wanted to go
i mean how often do i see a half dozen naked weenies?
dancing on stage?
the usual ptowners are about
john waters up and down the town on his bike
michael cunningham pumping it up at the gym
folks getting reved up for Lily Tomlins upcoming benefit performance
and with all the artistic legends
celebs
nudity
sun and fun
what locals seem the most excited about
is the new ptown dog park
go figure
