Oh my dears it’s been quite a spontaneous week here in ptown
There is just nothing lovelier to a caterer on her time off
Then un-scheduled time
Why oh why do we manhattanites
Schedule up to the mille-second??
It’s so un-restful
Oh perhaps this is not a Manhattan thing eh?

ok more of a work-aholic thing
but i suspect new yorkers have it extra bad
But here in ptown
Oh let it all hang out I say
A few days ago I went for a short walk on the beach and wound up walking 2 miles just about to the next town
Too tired to walk back
I stopped off at a semi sleazy hotel
And hung out at the pool eating fries and taking cooling off dips
oh
And getting ogled by bikers
Twas fun! This babe does not mind being ogled by large bikers
so long as they keep their hands to themselves
Sunday was an art salon afternoon at TJ Walton’s the host with the mostess
with dim sum and the ladies who lunch
And the grand dame Norma holt holding court
Met a fabulous new chick named Janet and her babe Anita who are renting the basement pad in my beach funky place, very tales of two cities this house, j wanted to interview Norma for her blog, will get the link to you soon dears, so I escorted Norma on her scooter and j interviewed her at the schoolhouse gallery which reps her
It was there that I plunked down a large wad of cashola to buy a Norma holt photo
But hey how often do you get to show a 90-year-old photographer legend that you appreciate their work, you know while they're still around to say
thank you
wound up in Norma's back yard drinking red wine
and listening to her talk about ptown 50 years ago
Later on visited the divine painter erna partoll in her studio to see her latest work and honey this stuff is da bomb, really interesting
i especially liked the monoprints
By the time this lady dragged her tuchas home
I was wined, cheesed and arted to the max
Oh culture on the sea
Ain’t it grand
if only life could always be
so free flowing
like wet paint dripping across a primed canvas
