first all the fools in this country who voted for g w bush
voted on american idol so that the UBER TALENTED ADAM LAMBERT
lost to the mildly talented KRIS ALLEN
honey that was so wrong it isn't funny
then
yesterday
California's Supreme Court decided to uphold Proposition 8 which makes marriage between people of the same-sex illegal.
Oh one little bone they threw in the 18,000 gay marriages which took place will still be considered valid.
So at least Ellen and Portia's vows will still be honored
I have to say
much as I do support Obama
i am ready for him to take a real stand
for gay rights
and i still feel so sad
when i think that in the same election that voted in the first african american president
californians (Including my own family!!) when to the polls
to vote away the rights of gay americans
oh what is wrong with the world my dears
i only hope that the five states that got this right
prove to be contagious
cause you know the gay thing is contagious right
and that once gay marriage is recognized on a federal level
we have a huge nation wide party
