Thursday, June 8 The Marriage Amendment
The Senate votes this week on a proposed constitutional amendment banning marriage with anyone with a below average IQ To become law, the proposal needs to pass the Senate and the House with a two-thirds vote. It would then have to be ratified by at least 38 state legislatures. President Bush begged the American public to not let this pass as he will then be forced to have his marriage annulled. He plans on using his radio address to demand rights for the non intelligent to marry. Supporters say the amendment is needed to prevent “those dummies from getting hitched!”
