havent commented on bush lately (the bad kind, not the good kind)
cause frankly it makes me too ill
but what i would like to know is
do we have a Dem ready to stand up and fight
and not a wimpy playing both sides of the fence, dem?
cause Id sure like to see a change in this country
meanwhile
we're still in iraq
still seeing the rights of women to choose
pull a little closer to the stone age every day
thankfully polls are showing that at least half of this country
is waking up to the fact that gays have as much right to marry as straights do
i mean hello
its a whole new century
homophobia is so passe' dont ya think
sometimes i think the world is all so modern
and sometimes i turn on the news
and the world seems so backwards
that i wonder if
we've learned a damn thing
people are equal
