hey kids
sorry for the delay in posting
i took the lovely and talented chef miha
my fave cooking boy
to new hope pennsylvania for a few days
so heres the scoop
the antique inn with roaring fire place
on lush acres
was a tacky folksy arts and crafts house
with gas fireplace
on a piece of land off the highway next to a high school
it rained most of the time we were there
we paid up to 200 bucks for dinners
that were less then fabulous
far less
half the town was closed for the holiday
half should have been
and
after three days of no hot water in manhattan
my room had no water pressure
im talking three drops of water man
so my hair looked like
a homeless persons
but on the bright side
miha and i had an adventure
drove all over
ate a lot
some of it not gross
saw walking tall which was fabulous
and basically got our butts out of manhattan for a bit
now
the bitch
is back
looking forward to spending
20 bucks for great food
here in nyc
