the Tsunami
hurricane Katrina
now a killer earthquake that has 30,000 dead in south Asia

its hard to fathom why this planet is lashing out with so much fury
and so much death

certainly I would not pretend to even comprehend what it feels like to lose ones family and home in the water or in a bone crushing earthquake

I certainly would not pretend to come close to understanding the loss of knowing your loved ones are buried just beyond your reach

I can only send my prayers
And my sadness and
Make my donations
And hope that the world starts to heal
Soon

So much loss these days
Seems so much more then usual

I can only hope that the upcoming years
Bring peace, healing, sunshine and new life
