i shall venture out to provincetown this sunday
to tape 4 more shows

and saturday
have an itty bitty little passover something
not sure if i have the energy for a sedar this year
maybe just a matzoh sandwich and a prayer

on other news
i had a long talk with my good pal mel
about soy
and now im scared shitless about soy
why is it that everytime something that is supposed to be a great health
alternative
is crammed down our wazoos
it turns out to be more harmful than what its substituting
shit
i grew up on diet soda loaded with saccharin
and mega doses of margarine
now we know these things can cause cancer and artery blockage
woulda been a hell of a lot better off
having butter
and sugar
maybe the idea
is just to eat whatever the hell you want
but not to eat too much of anyone thing
and not to eat too much in general
its soooo confusing!
i was over-dosing on tofu
thinking this was a brilliant way to stay off
the meat
now im hearing soy
is not FDA approved
and may be quite harmful for my female
organs
and honey i love my female organs
