well kiddies
i just got in from doing a dinner for 775 people
yep
im not kidding
it was major darlins
775 eaters and i mean eaters
they were mostly from the mid-west so those chitlins could chow
i introduced a new concept i've just recently come up with
called the floating supper
little mini entrees on little bitty asian style trays
they're easy to chow on while you hold a drink in your hand
so we passed oh 2,000 of these
and oh something like hmmm 10,000 hors d'oeuvres
then cheryl crow sang for an hour
and then we passed oh hmm
3,000 or so pastries and another couple thousand cookies
yep
it was a big ass,
down home
pig out
of little itty bitty asian delights
and while im proud and happy and pleased
with how everything worked
out
im far more interested in the bed, the bath
and the beyond in sleep land
so i shall big thee all a good night
from the glamorous world
